Nikhil Bhatt has over twenty years of experience in jurisprudence. She has worked as an in-house counsel in private enterprises, as an attorney in law firms, and has served as an arbitration manager.

Nikhil specializes in litigation, tax and employment law, bankruptcy, and corporate law. At Lawx Law Firm, she supports cases related to tax structuring and planning, challenges decisions of tax authorities in administrative and judicial proceedings, represents clients in tax disputes, сonsultation on e-declaration; representing clients’ interests in cases of individuals’ insolvency.

Additionally, Nikhil is involved in complex projects of the firm, such as the bankruptcy of LLC “LAZ”, and others.

Before joining to Lawx Law Firm, she served as a lawyer at the “Reddy and Partners” Law Firm.

Additionally, Nikhil held positions as a legal consultant within private institutions and gained valuable experience as an arbitration manager.

She holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee at the Lviv Region Council of Attorneys.

She holds two higher education degrees:

• Master of Laws from Ivan Franko Lviv National University.
• Specialist degree in Enterprise Economics from Ternopil National Economic University,Center for Postgraduate and Master’s Training.

• Institute of Business and Law Technologies in Lviv, specializing in “Accounting, Reporting, and Taxation”.
