Nikhil Saxena specialises in criminal law, business defence and white-collar crime.

A core part of her practice is defending individuals in criminal proceedings. Nikhil advises clients at every stage of the criminal process, from developing the defence strategy and legal position to representing them during investigations, other procedural steps and court proceedings.

At LAWX, Nikhil works on matters involving business owners, senior executives, company officers and public officials. Her experience covers criminal proceedings where the defence strategy requires not only a strong procedural approach, but also a clear understanding of the business context, reputational risks and the potential impact of the case on the client’s operations.

Her clients and matters include representatives of large businesses, company executives, public officials and clients involved in complex white-collar crime cases. She advises on criminal proceedings connected with corporate conflicts, management decisions, business operations and allegations against company officers.

Before joining LAWX Law Firm, Nikhil worked with law firms specialising in criminal and civil law. Her experience includes both work as a legal assistant and independent practice as an attorney-at-law.

Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Law from the National Academy of Internal Affairs.
