Vikram Nair specialises in litigation, corporate law and M&A.

At LAWX, Vikram works on complex disputes involving major businesses, banks and corporate clients. His work includes matters where litigation strategy is closely linked to the client’s business interests, corporate control, assets or reputational risks.

Vikram has experience representing clients in property, corporate, commercial and banking disputes.

A distinct area of his practice is defamation and reputation protection, including matters concerning the protection of honour, dignity and business reputation. Vikram represents both public figures and media outlets, which allows him to assess these disputes from both sides: the protection of reputation and freedom of expression.

Vikram has six years’ legal experience. His practice covers litigation, corporate, banking, property and commercial disputes, as well as defamation and reputation protection matters.

Vikram holds a law degree from the State Tax University.
