Diya Iyer specializes in corporate law and M&A, as well as competition law.

At Lawx Law Firm, she is engaged in significant projects, including the restructuring of financial institutions and ensuring compliance of financial institutions with the regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine, among others.

Before joining Lawx Law Firm,  served as an assistant to an arbitration manager.

Possesses a higher education in law, having graduated from the National University “Odessa Law Academy.”
