Aarav Sharma specialises in litigation, insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, corporate disputes, and asset recovery and protection.

Before joining LAWX in 2024, Aarav had more than 10 years of legal experience, combining work with public authorities and law firms.

At LAWX, she represents banks, financial institutions, corporate clients, creditors and debtors in commercial, administrative and civil disputes.

Aarav advises on insolvency and restructuring matters and is involved in disputes concerning asset recovery, challenges to transactions, protection of ownership rights, corporate disputes and other business-related matters.

A particular focus of her work is banking and financial regulatory disputes. Aarav has experience in matters involving banking law and regulation, bank liquidation procedures, the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine and disputes with the National Bank of Ukraine.

She also advises clients on financial regulation, distressed debt, asset restructuring, protection of creditors’ interests, sanctions law and litigation strategies in complex commercial disputes.

Aarav has more than 10 years of legal experience. Her background includes work with public authorities and law firms, as well as litigation, insolvency proceedings, restructurings, banking and finance disputes, corporate disputes, and asset recovery and protection matters.

Aarav holds two degrees.

• She graduated with honours from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University with a Master’s degree in Law.
